The function room is available on Saturday Nights from 7pm.
There is no room hire charge.
A refundable deposit of $500.00 is to be paid to secure your booking. This deposit will be released within 7 days of the function date. The deposit will be returned in the form of a cheque.
A requirement of a minimum of $1,000.00 to be spent on the bar during the function. If the minimum is not reached, the difference must be paid from the deposit held. If the deposit does not cover the balance of the minimum $1,000.00 then the difference must be paid in cash on the night of the function.
Should the function be cancelled within two weeks of the date booked, the deposit will be foregone.
Payment is to be by cash or credit card. Eftpos facilities are available. No cheques except by special arrangement.
If food is required, the menu selection and final numbers of guests must be organised and paid for by the Monday before the function is held (ie 5 days).
Please note that these premises are licensed and as such, age restrictions apply.
