The Panania Hotel is the perfect venue to hold your next function. We can cater for a wide variety of functions whether it´s a 21st birthday, work function, or end of season sports club function, our staff are trained and ready to take care of all the hard work and let you enjoy the night.

The Sports Bar is fully equipped with an outdoor beer garden. The facility caters for functions between 100 and 150 people.

The bistro can provide menu packages on request.

DJ´s can be arranged. Please be advised that we don´t organize functions for 18th´s birthdays.

Our bistro can cater for functions. A minimum of 30 guest s is required to use this service. We offer two packages of finger food.

The function room is available on Saturday Nights from 7pm.

There is no room hire charge.

A refundable deposit of $500.00 is to be paid to secure your booking. This deposit will be released within 7 days of the function date. The deposit will be returned in the form of a cheque.

A requirement of a minimum of $1,000.00 to be spent on the bar during the function. If the minimum is not reached, the difference must be paid from the deposit held. If the deposit does not cover the balance of the minimum $1,000.00 then the difference must be paid in cash on the night of the function.

Should the function be cancelled within two weeks of the date booked, the deposit will be foregone.

Payment is to be by cash or credit card. Eftpos facilities are available. No cheques except by special arrangement.

If food is required, the menu selection and final numbers of guests must be organised and paid for by the Monday before the function is held (ie 5 days).
