On Tuesday 28 October, 1,400 industry stakeholders came together at Royal Randwick to celebrate the state’s best pubs at the 2025 AHA NSW Awards for Excellence.
The coveted Metropolitan Hotel of the Year title was awarded to Parc Pavilion in Cronulla, the latest greenfield venue from Feros Group. The venue opened earlier this year with a ground-floor bistro and kiosk, and first-floor restaurant Call Me Mamma and Italian-style cocktail bar and eatery The Terrace.
Chris Feros, CEO of Feros Group, told Australian Hotelier: “We are just so proud to win this award – it was a dream to build a pub in Cronulla. Parc Pavilion is the hotel I want to be known for, and the most important thing is how well it’s been received by the community.
“There were some incredible venues also nominated for Hotel of the Year. Other than the beautiful design and different experiences Parc offers, it’s the people that make the difference. The team behind Parc have embraced it as their own and that’s what makes Parc standout.”
